dataserv has been established in 1972 and integrated four well-known companies into the
dataserv group during the last years of operations:
- OMNICO GmbH, established in 1992 in Germany, acquired 1998
and renamed into dataserv GmbH in 2007
- CoverTronic UK Limited, established in 1998 in Scotland, acquired in 2006
and renamed into dataserv recycling limited in 2007
- CoverTronic GmbH, established in 1989 in Germany, merged into EGR GmbH in
2010
- EGR GmbH, established in 1992 in Germany, acquired in 2010
All other dataserv group entities are a result of an organic growth driven by customer
demands. The dataserv group core management team consists of a team of long serving
individuals, each of whom has been instrumental in the development and growth of the group
portfolio to an exacting standard for a number of years.
We now have over 100 software, hardware, resale and materials processing experts.
Our client list includes most major manufacturers, blue chip organizations and government
institutions.
We have become active participants in charity redeployment schemes across the world and
