individual item of your equipment is monitored and its progress tracked and recorded
throughout its time at our facilities.
dataserv’s auditing procedures provide a full breakdown on the components, configuration
and condition of the item being tested. This data is captured and entered into a bespoke
web-based IT infrastructure. All information relating to types, configurations, manufacturers,
models and cosmetic condition is loaded into the system thus enabling dataserv to give
customers fully comprehensive and accurate reporting on their individual assets.
When each item is tested, dataserv operatives have to go through a comprehensive series of
questions to complete the auditing and data wipe of each item.
Once the audit is complete, it is passed to you for approval, and is regularly updated and
made available for you to view at any time throughout the process.
Our condition grading procedure documents are implemented in all our asset recovery
facilities and are available upon request.
